GTI’s 6-month Executive Coaching Journey is designed for leaders who want to expand their thinking, elevate their impact, and cultivate a purpose-driven leadership style.
Step 1: Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) – 360° Feedback
The journey begins with the Leadership Circle Profile™, a globally recognized 360° assessment that helps leaders clearly see:
- The Creative Competencies that drive effectiveness (Relating, Self-awareness, Achieving…)
- The Reactive Tendencies that limit leadership impact (Complying, Protecting, Controlling)
- The internal beliefs and behavior patterns shaping their overall Leadership Impact
The LCP report becomes the foundation for designing a personalized 6-month Leadership Development Roadmap.
Step 2: Weekly Executive Coaching (Week 1 → Week 24)
One session per week (12–18 sessions), focusing on:
- Deepening self-awareness and emotional regulation
- Shifting from Reactive → Creative Leadership
- Expanding strategic thinking & decision-making capabilities
- Strengthening communication, influence, and feedback skills
- Applying insights directly to real leadership challenges
Each session includes: Reflection – Practice – Accountability to ensure visible progress week by week.
Step 3: Midpoint Review (Month 3)
- Review progress
- Adjust goals and strategies
- Reinforce key leadership habits
Step 4: Final Review & Next-Stage Roadmap (Month 6)
- Consolidate mindset and behavior transformation
- Evaluate growth across selected Creative Competencies
- Build a 6–12 month follow-on development plan
- Recommend practices to sustain Self-Leadership over time
