GTI Coaching & Leadership Academy is designed for leaders, managers and professionals who want to improve themselves, their leadership style and their quality of life.

Unlike traditional courses that only focus on skills, this journey is a comprehensive personal transformation process – where you:

  • Rediscover yourself: gain a deeper understanding of your core values, beliefs, motivations and behavioural patterns that shape how you lead.
  • Clear your vision and purpose: define your personal “leadership map” – who you want to be, and what really matters to you.
  • Practice leadership presence: learn to listen deeply, make informed decisions, and connect more authentically with your team team.

  • Measure change with an international tool: start and end your journey with Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) – a globally trusted assessment tool that helps you clearly see your personal development.

Each month, you will have individual 1:1 coaching sessions, accompanied by reflective exercises, reflections on work realities, and support from a coach throughout the process.
At the end of the journey, you will feel a more stable, confident, and clear-headed version – a leader who knows how to harmonize efficiency and serenity, between outside success and inner balance.

The LIFE COMPASS program helps students discover their life purpose, core values, and personal vision, thereby shaping a clear direction for their career, relationships, and personal development journey.
Through experiential activities and in-depth coaching tools, you will:
• Reconnect with your deepest values, beliefs, and dreams.
• Identify your strengths and “potential growth zones.”
• Design a 7–30–90-day action plan to transform awareness into concrete steps.
• Discover the balance between external success and internal peace.

The LEAD WITH AUTHENTICITY program helps leaders discover their personal leadership identity, deeply understand the beliefs, values ​​and purpose that drive them – thereby forming a leadership style that is authentic, influential and inspiring.

Chương trình Handling Conflict giúp học viên nhận diện, thấu hiểu và chuyển hóa xung đột thành đối thoại mang tính xây dựng, thay vì né tránh hoặc bùng nổ cảm xúc.

Thông qua các mô hình tâm lý, thực hành khai vấn và diễn tập tình huống, học viên sẽ:

  • Nhận diện nguồn gốc cảm xúc và động cơ ẩn sau xung đột.
  • Học cách giao tiếp trong căng thẳng mà vẫn giữ được sự tôn trọng và kết nối.
  • Áp dụng các kỹ năng điều tiết cảm xúc, lắng nghe và phản hồi có chủ đích.
  • Chuyển xung đột thành cơ hội học hỏi và củng cố niềm tin trong đội nhóm hoặc mối quan hệ cá nhân.
