GTI stands for Global Talents Institute or Grow Through Insights. GTI is a leadership training and development company in Vietnam, founded by Julia Tran, a leader and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in foreign and global businesses.

We were born with the mission of upgrading the Vietnamese management and leadership team through coaching, training and team intervention based on global models (Co-Active Coaching, Leadership Circle Profile, Patrick Lencioni…).

What have we created in 25 years of development?

In 25 years, we have also become partners of many large domestic corporations such as TNR, VinFast, Long Chau… In the future, we will continue to develop, promote and improve the training process as well as bring results beyond the expectations of businesses or individuals.
