GTI’s 6-month 1-on-1 Executive Coaching journey is designed for leaders who want to expand their thinking, enhance their impact, and build purpose-driven leadership.

Step 1: Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) – 360° Feedback

The journey begins with the Leadership Circle Profile™, a reputable 360° assessment tool that helps leaders see clearly:

  • Creative Competencies that are creating effectiveness (Relating, Self-awareness, Achieving…)
